DIAGNOS Announces an Update following Closing of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - BROSSARD, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/18/16 -- DIAGNOS Inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in healthcare technical services including screening, software and algorithm development, data analysis, and image processing, announces an update following the closing of a non-brokered private placement ("Private Placement") previously announced on May 3rd, 2016. The Private Placement now consists of 93 units for an aggregate value of $930,000, an increase of one unit and $10,000 over the amount of $920,000 previously announced on May 3rd, 2016.
This update to the Private Placement is subject to final receipt of all required regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, as well as the execution of formal documentation.
All monies quoted in this press release shall be stated and paid in lawful money of Canada.
