Reservoir Announces Filing of PEA for the Timok JV and Cukaru Peki Deposit in Serbia

("Reservoir" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RMC)(OTC PINK: RVRLF)(BERLIN: 9RE) is pleased to announce the filing of a Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") on the Company's Timok JV Project and Cukaru Peki deposit ("Cukaru Peki") in Serbia. The Cukaru Peki PEA is entitled "NI43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Cukaru Peki Upper Zone Deposit, Serbia, March 2016" and is dated effective March 31, 2016 (the "Technical Report"). The Technical Report, the results of which were previously announced in the Company's news release dated April 19, 2016, was prepared by SRK Consulting (UK) Limited and is available today under Reservoir's profile on SEDAR, at , and on Reservoir's website at .
