Medical Concepts, llc has officially launched a Kickstarter campaign for SportsCard®, the first document management system for all emergency, medical, and health information.
(firmenpresse) - Lenexa, Kansas - Medical Concepts, llc has officially launched a Kickstarter campaign for SportsCard®, the first document management system for all emergency, medical, and health information. Born from a passion for consolidating life-saving information in a singular card, SportsCard® will enable users to pre-load emergency contacts, concussion baselines, important files, medications, allergies, vaccinations, birth certificates, and more.
“The SportsCard® QR Code will allow quick information access by paramedics, police, physicians, and anyone who needs life-saving information in a split second,” said Jeff Nelson, Founder and Creator of SportsCard®. “With all of the technological capabilities at our fingertips today, it seemed like a no-brainer to create a digitized information management card that could be the difference between life and death.”
Backers of the campaign will be eligible to receive a number of rewards based on the level of support they choose. The Company is offering Kickstarter pledges of $25 or more, the Individual SportsCard® Sign-up for a year's subscription. At the $75 support level, the Company is offering Kickstarter pledges two Individual SportsCard® Package Sign-ups for a year's subscription as well as a copy of its sports medicine book, “Bandage: The Medical Reference Guide for Care and Prevention of Sports Injuries”. Backers who choose higher levels of supports will receive even more rewards.
Once the campaign is completed, backers can expect their SportsCard® by July 2016.
