Songa Offshore SE reports total revenue for the first quarter 2016 of USD 137
million and EBITDA of USD 71 million.
"Songa Offshore has now taken delivery of all four Cat D rigs. Three rigs have
commenced drilling operations while the fourth rig, Songa Enabler, is expected
to commence its drilling contract in August. We are satisfied to see that our
fleet continues to deliver safe- and cost efficient operations.
During the quarter, the company has completed a comprehensive refinancing, and
we have now strengthen the financial position for the coming years", says Songa
Offshore CEO, Bjørnar Iversen.
