(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Nutreco announces that the conversion ratio of the interim stockdividend has been determined. This will amount to 1 new ordinaryshare for every 154 existing ordinary shares. Based on the averageweighted price of 12, 13 and 14 August 2009 of EUR 30.85, 1/154thshare represents a value of EUR 0.20, which is virtually equal to thegross dividend in cash of EUR 0.20 per ordinary share.
