CLOOS at BEIJING ESSEN WELDING&CUTTING 2016

(PresseBox) - From 14 to 17 June 2016 the BEIJING ESSEN WELDING & CUTTING, the leading exhibition for welding technology in Asia, will take place in Beijing. In hall W1, booth 1788 Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH will present a wide range of innovative welding technology for different applications. The welding specialists will offer technologies from the entry to the premium level and from manual welding machines to automated robot systems.
The focus of the exhibition booth is on an intelligent robot welding system with a fully-automated loading and unloading system. Here, QIROX robots, the welding technology and the QINEO power sources, workpiece positioners and handling systems work optimally synchronised. CLOOS offers the relevant core competencies at first hand.
Another highlight is the new QinTron Pulse. One year ago, CLOOS presented the new QinTron inverter welding machine for the first time. Now the welding specialists from Haiger expand the new product line by the Pulse function for MIG/MAG welding with a pulsed arc. Now the QinTron is also available with the Rapid Weld high-capacity welding process and the Vari Weld process for MIG/MAG welding with a pulsed arc. The DuoPulse option completes the welding process package. The new welding processes open up new fields for different applications.
Besides, CLOOS will present the wide QINEO model range of high-quality welding machines for manual and automated welding. During live demonstrations of manual welding the visitors can experience the proven hightech welding machines such as QINEO Champ and QINEO Pulse.
