Moly Mines Board Changes

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/16 -- Moly Mines Limited (ASX: MOL) ("Moly" or "the Company") announces that Ms. Cathie (Wei) Wu has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Ms. Wu has resigned from the Moly Board to pursue other business interests. The Board thanks Ms. Wu for her valuable contribution to the Board during her time as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and wish her all the very best in her future business endeavours.

The Company also advises that Mr. Kang Huan Jun has today retired from the Board of Moly. Mr. Kang was appointed to the Board of Moly as a nominee of major shareholder Hanlong Mining Investment Pty Ltd. The Board thanks Mr. Kang for his long standing service since his appointment to the Board in June 2012. The Board also wishes him well in his future business activities.
