Rugby Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/05/16 -- Rugby Mining Limited ("Rugby" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RUG) reports that it has, subject to exchange approval, granted an aggregate of 650,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.30 to directors and officers of the Company. Concurrently, the Company granted an aggregate of 200,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.30 to employees and consultants. All options granted expire in 5 years.
Some of the options included in this grant were to replace options that expired in May 2016 and held by directors of the Company.
