Group AG's capital increase was successfully concluded and the German
financial regulator BaFin has ap-proved the transaction

* Further strengthening of Group-wide presence in Germany from StarCapital's

After the successful conclusion of Bellevue Group's capital increase and the
approval of German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin, Bellevue Group
closed its acquisition of the German company StarCapital as planned on June
6, 2016. The acquisition of the specialized independent asset manager offering
global bond, equity and mixed funds as well as ETF strategies is effective
retroactively to January 1, 2016. Bellevue Group acquired the entire range of
StarCapital's investment funds and services, encompassing approximately CHF 2.5
bn in client assets by the end of 2015. Bellevue Asset Management now manages
CHF 7.8 bn in assets (as per January 1, 2016).

The Supervisory Board intends to appoint Alexander Gerstadt as the new CEO of
StarCapital during the course of June 2016. In addition to his profound market

experience. Alexander Gerstadt is the former CEO of GAM (Germany). Prior to that
he was a member of the Management Board of Bank Julius Bär (Germany). André
