(TSX: FRX)(OTCQB: FENCF) today announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated May 9, 2016 (the "Circular") for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders were elected as directors of the Company at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held in Boston, Massachusetts on June 8, 2016 (the "Meeting").
