Huntington Clarifies Private Placement of Units
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/10/16 -- Huntington Exploration Inc. ("HEI" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: HEI) announced today that further to the announcement of the private placement on June 9, 2016, the Company wishes to clarify that the offering will consist of up to 16,666,667 Units at a price of $0.03 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
Huntington Exploration Inc. is an exploration-focused company actively pursuing opportunities in the oil and natural gas business in the Western Canada sedimentary basin and to be determined resource mining projects.
