Dundee International REIT August 2011 Monthly Distribution

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/17/11 -- DUNDEE INTERNATIONAL REIT (TSX: DI.UN) announced today its first cash distribution in the amount of $0.06237 per Unit for the period August 3rd to August 31st, 2011. The August distribution will be payable on September 15, 2011 to unitholders of record as at August 31, 2011.

Dundee International REIT is a newly formed, unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust that provides investors with the opportunity to invest in commercial real estate exclusively outside of Canada. Dundee International REIT's portfolio currently consists of approximately 12.3 million square feet of gross leasable area of office, logistics and other commercial properties across Germany.
