UC Resources Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/17/11 -- UC Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: UC) ("UC") has granted, pursuant to UC's incentive stock option plan, a total of 700,000 options to a director and officer at a price of $0.10 per share. The options entitle the optionee to acquire one common share of UC. The options are exercisable over a five-year period expiring August 16, 2016.
