issued a correction regarding a transparency notification received on 13 June
2016, pursuant to the Belgian transparency legislation (Belgian Act of 2 May
2007) concerning major holdings in Belgian listed companies.
Adrianus van Herk (not van Herk Investments as erroneously stated in the press
release of 16 June 2016 at 07:00 am CET) notified Ablynx that he has exceeded
the 3% threshold on 13 June 2016 and now holds 1,835,276 Ablynx shares,
representing 3.02% of the current 60,870,926 outstanding Ablynx shares.
