CWM's recent news bulletin includes immigration updates for the U.S. along with more than a dozen other countries.

Some of the recent updates include:

New H-1B workers will only be eligible to begin employment in October 1, 2016 with some limited exceptions.

Salary thresholds for experienced workers will be increased to £ 25,000 in autumn 2016, and £ 30,000 in April 2017.

Birth certificates will be required for nationals with genealogical roots from an Arab country.

Integration statements will be required for all non-EU nationals.

Stronger and smarter information systems for borders and security.
