The EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards (EiP) recognise outstanding and impactful Learning & Development partnerships in the domains of Leadership, Professional, Talent and Organisational Development.
NHS Leadership Academy & Alliance Manchester Business School, KPMG, LEO Learning, University of Birmingham, National Voices, Unspun, Cumberlege Eden & Partners and others won the Gold EiP Award in the category of Talent Development with
In the category of Executive Development, BG Group (now part of Royal Dutch Shell plc) & Cranfield School of Management succeeded with their case
Swarovski & Ashridge Executive Education won the Organisational Development category with their intervention
Finally, the winners of the Professional Development category are Microsoft & INSEAD with their project
"Once again the EiP Awards have attracted outstanding cases from all over the world. This year's winners clearly show that Learning & Development must be closely linked to organisational strategy, involve a partnership model in design and execution, measure and show impact, and have a strong focus on the personal growth, values and behaviours of individuals taking part," said prof. The Gold and Silver winning cases will be presented during the upcoming which will be hosted by Catolica Porto Business School on 12 - 14 October 2016.
We would like to thank all of the applicants as well as the for their successful cooperation and hope to receive equally fascinating and innovative cases next year. The continuously growing quality of entries ensures that the level of competition is very high.
As well as the Gold Award winners, there were selected from all of the applications. The 2016 Silver Awards went to Telstra & LIW; Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation & Moscow School for Management Skolkovo; and finally, Agence de Medecine Preventive (AMP) & Universite Paris-Dauphine.
