WSP Response to the Announcement of an Offer for Sweett by Currie & Brown Holdings Limited

(TSX: WSP) ("WSP") - Following the announcement, on June 24, 2016, by Currie & Brown Holdings Limited, of a cash offer for Sweett Group plc (AIM: CSG.L) ("Sweett") at a price of 42 pence per share, the board of directors of WSP would like to announce that it is currently considering its options.
WSP will issue a further announcement in due course, in the meantime Sweett Shareholders are advised to take no action.
