Vanadium has signed a new long-term, multi-year agreement to process and recycle
spent catalysts from a major oil refinery operator in North America.

"This is an important new business partner for AMG Vanadium and a key element of
our long-term raw material strategic plan", said Mr. Hoy Frakes, President of
