Community Cable and Broadband Transitions All Managed Broadband Services Over to ZCorum
Oklahoma provider moves to ZCorum’s subscriber technical support, three broadband diagnostics tools, network monitoring and engineering support, provisioning and VoIP services.
(firmenpresse) - Alpharetta, GA – ZCorum, an industry leader in diagnostics tools and managed services for broadband providers, announced the successful deployment of several key broadband services for Community Cable and Broadband from another managed services provider. Community Cable and Broadband is now receiving a comprehensive suite of services including three of ZCorum’s broadband diagnostics products, subscriber VoIP services, device provisioning for data and voice customers, network engineering, and 24/7/365 technical support for their subscribers.

Located in northeast Oklahoma, Community Cable and Broadband provides cable TV, high speed Internet and VoIP services for residential and business subscribers in the Skiatook Community. Prior to signing with ZCorum, the Oklahoma company had been with another managed services provider but had been looking for a solution that would better serve their needs.
As part of the move to ZCorum, Community Cable and Broadband is receiving around the clock technical support for its data and voice and subscribers, along with network monitoring and engineering support from ZCorum staff. The full services package also includes access to TruVizion , ZCorum’s patented cable modem and CMTS diagnostic application, as well as TechVizion, the companion app for phones and tablets. In addition they will be using ZCorum’s PreEqualization Analyzer and Upstream Analyzer products.
ZCorum’s managed services enhance Community Cable and Broadband’s troubleshooting and customer experience. “These services allow us to support Community Cable and Broadband’s subscribers and staff from start to finish,” said Arthur Skinner, Vice President of World Wide Sales for ZCorum. “The combination of TruVizion, PreEqualization Analyzer and Upstream Analyzer also gives them the deep insight into their broadband network and devices that was lacking with their former provider. “
