Outotec updates its Disclosure Policy
Outotec has updated its Disclosure Policy originally approved by the Board of
Directors in 2007. The Disclosure Policy outlines the key principles on how
Outotec communicates with the capital markets and other stakeholders.
Disclosure Policy now describes disclosing of transactions made by Executive
Board and Board of Directors and their closely associated persons. The updated
Disclosure Policy will become effective on July 3, 2016 and is in its entirety
