Wärtsilä's disclosure policy updated
Wärtsilä's disclosure policy, which describes the company's operating principles
and procedures for communication with capital market representatives, has been
updated.
The updates reflect the regulatory changes related to the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU), effective as of 3 July 2016. Furthermore, in addition to minor
technical adjustments, Wärtsilä has revised the order value limit for stock
exchange releases to EUR 100 million. Previously orders with a value of 10% or
more of the relevant Businesses' net sales or order book as reported for the
previous full financial year were published as stock exchange releases.
The updated disclosure policy, effective as of 3 July 2016, is available as an
