CapMan completes exit from Samsa
The exit from Samsa by funds managed by CapMan has been completed as announced
on 1 June 2016. CapMan Plc is a significant investor in the exiting CapMan Life
Science IV fund and the transaction contributes ?1.5 million to CapMan Plc's
second quarter 2016 result through positive changes in the fair value of own
fund investments. The transaction generates ?5.7 million in cash flow to CapMan
Plc in the third quarter 2016 as the transaction is completed.
