She says beauty literally comes from within, which is the reason humans need to rely heavily on a healthy diet and avoiding bad life style habits such as smoking and drinking. "Additional supplements cannot help repair and rejuvenate skin, so popping a few extra vitamin pills and expecting them to fix all your skin troubles is very far-fetched."
