Federal Workers’ Compensation Clinic Expected To Open In Dallas
Full-service workers’ compensation clinic for federal employees is projected to open in Fall 2016.
(firmenpresse) - Dallas, TX – A new clinic is expected to open their doors this Fall in Dallas, TX, offering services to patients suffering from on-the-job injuries. The new clinic plans to help long-term federal employees as well as other patients with chronic pain and work-related injuries through treatment options and therapy practices recommended by the clinic’s on-staff, board-certified medical doctor.
The clinic is expected to be able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of work-related injuries as well as perform various surgeries and interventions to help patients heal and recover from their injuries – enabling them to get back to work as quickly as possible.
Many workers’ compensation clinics throughout the United States are currently overseen by area chiropractors. However, this model doesn’t meet the needs of every workers’ compensation patient, which causes the medical team at these clinics to refer patients to other area practitioners to receive medical treatment and prescriptions.
The clinic plans to offer a unique, less time-consuming way for patients to receive workers’ compensation medical care and attention by hiring an on-staff, board certified medical doctor. With an on-staff medical doctor overseeing patient visits and recommended procedures, this allows the clinic to prescribe and distribute pain medications and other prescription medications as well as provide injection therapy or surgeries that the patient may need for full recovery.
The new full-service clinic is expected to open later this year.
