Alphamin Announces Refiling of 2015 Audited Financial Statements
(firmenpresse) - GRAND BAIE, MAURITIUS -- (Marketwired) -- 07/05/16 -- Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: AFM) ("Alphamin" or the "Company") announces that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company has refiled on SEDAR its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015, originally filed on April 29, 2016 (the "Original Financial Statements"). The auditor's report contained in the Original Financial Statements prepared by the Company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, has been amended as the original audit report omitted to state that the comparative financial information as at and for the year ending December 31, 2014 contained in the financial statements was audited by another auditor, who expressed an unqualified opinion. During the 2015 fiscal year Alphamin changed its auditors to PricewaterhouseCoopers. The Company wishes to point out that there is no change in any of the reported financial information contained in the consolidated annual financial statements.
