iVegas Gaming Ltd. Launches New Media Division
Valetta, Malta, August 19th, 2011 -- iVegas Gaming (Borse:IVLF) announced today additional information concerning its launch of iVegas.com.
As a new division of the company, iVegas Media will create original programming that premieres online, with an initial focus on content geared toward “Vegas style” shows, concerts and sporting events.
While the company has produced smaller events this year, IVegas Media will begin production on its first project in the fourth quarter of 2011 for a scheduled release in early 2012. iVegas Media plans to produce between 8 and 10 projects (concerts/shows/sports events) per year. Some projects may be self-financed, while some projects currently under development will be funded through project-specific strategic and financial partnerships. This will allow iVegas Media to have attractive financing alternatives while developing its slate of programming.
iVegas Media is a natural fit and progression in the core business of iVegas Gaming—entertaining its customers through high-quality digital programming. Furthermore, the web packages from iVegas Media can be repackaged for distribution into "traditional media," such as television and home video.
For distribution into such outlets, iVegas Media will capitalize on its existing relationship with Luvngrace Entertainment, one of the top independent producers and distributors of entertainment and sports programming in the North America.
