Aplicor Expands Professional Services Team With Appointment of Harriet Matsushima as Vice President of Professional Services

In her new role, Matsushima will lead the effort to boost Aplicor's customer deployment and implementation processes, expand customer support services, and ensure overall customer satisfaction and success.

Matsushima comes to Aplicor with over 20 years of experience in customer-centric operations, and a solid background in global software implementations and business process management across a variety of industries. Harriet held executive management positions at General Electric where she was a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She was Executive Director for several years at The College Board, where she streamlined one of the key processes from two days to five minutes. Harriet has also held executive management positions at World Kitchen and The AES Corporation. She earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
