(TSX VENTURE: GOG) announces that the completion of the private placement as announced in the Company's news release of May 26, 2016, is now targeted to be completed in approximately two weeks. While a significant portion of the funds have been received to-date the minimum of $500,000 has not yet been received although it has been informally committed.
