UBS recorded an operating loss of $73,000 or nil per share, basic and diluted, for the three months ended May 31, 2016, compared to $263,000 or $0.003 per share, basic and diluted, for the three months ended May 31, 2015. As at May 31, 2016, UBS had 153,144,590 common shares issued and outstanding (May 31, 2015 - 102,747,854).
