Candente Copper Announces Further Oversubscription of Financing
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/19/16 -- Candente Copper Corp. (TSX: DNT)(LMA: DNT) ("Candente Copper" and/or the "Company" ) is pleased to announce that the non-brokered private placement launched on July 11th, 2016 (the "Private Placement") and further increased on July 12th, 2016 (News Releases No. 080 and 081) was further oversubscribed. As a result, the size of the Private Placement has been increased to approximately $1,000,000 and the Company is no longer accepting additional subscriptions.
Approximately $400,000 of the gross proceeds of the Private Placement are to be used to further define drill targets on the Canariaco Sur Cu-Au deposit and Quebrada Verde Cu-Au target and approximately $600,000 will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The overall size of the Private Placement will be increased to approximately 11.11M units. Terms of the Private Placement have not changed - please refer to News Releases No. 080 and No. 081 dated July 11th and 12th, 2016.
