Global Boatworks Making Great Strides on Construction of Luxuria 1

The "Luxuria 1," currently being built at the Lauderdale Marine Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has topped out. The two story home is now completely framed out and the roof was put on just last week. As Global Boatworks CEO Robert Rowe states, "We are very happy with the pace of construction at this point. In addition, we are excited that we can now begin talking about completion dates." The windows have been ordered and are scheduled to arrive shortly.
