Alexander G. Markovsky's New Book 'Liberal Bolshevism' Exposes Marxism in America

Looking at the United States through the prism of Marxism, Mr. Markovsky is pointing out the chronic American problem -- a failure to recognize that the Democratic Party has not been offering a different philosophy for achieving the same objectives, but for years has had a different philosophy and different objectives entirely.

To boost his case Mr. Markovsky quotes a prominent Russian journalist, Stanislav Mishin, who gloomily wrote after the 2008 election, "The proud American will descend into slavery without a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world how free he really is."
Mr. Markovsky believes Mishin could still be proved wrong; the socialist's overreach could turn out to be a political wake-up call for this nation, like Pearl Harbor or 9/11.
Therefore, he says, the upcoming elections are not really about Democrats or Republicans. It is about what kind of country Americans are going to have: "One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all" or "One nation under debt, with equality in poverty for all"? "The land of the free" or "The land of the voting herd"?
Overall, Liberal Bolshevism is intended as a dissident course of economics and political education.
