MEA Energy Limited Announces Acquisition of Common Shares of SDX Energy Inc.
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/25/16 -- MEA Energy Investment Company Limited ("MEA") announces that it has acquired 3,910,000 common shares (the "Shares") in the capital of SDX Energy Inc. ("SDX"), representing approximately 4.40% of the outstanding Shares. The 3,910,000 Shares were acquired at a value of GBP 0.18 (Cdn$0.33) per Share.
The acquisition was made for investment purposes. Subject to the regulatory limitations, MEA may acquire, dispose of or continue to hold the Shares in the normal course of its investment activities. As of the date hereof, MEA holds 11,500,000 Shares, representing approximately 14.40% of the outstanding Shares.
