Notice 2016-011 - CNSX Markets Inc. 2016 Listing Fee Schedule

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/25/16 -- Effective August 15, 2016, the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE" or "Exchange") will increase the initial listing fee to $13,500. This is the first increase in listing fees since the introduction of new fees for supplemental listings, submission of Personal Information Forms (PIFs), and a fee for late filing of CNSX Forms. The new schedule replaces the fee schedule published in March 2013.

Implementation

The non-refundable deposit portion of the initial listing fee will increase from $2,500 to $3,500, effective for applications received on or after August 15, 2016.

The balance of $10,000 will be payable upon approval and prior to listing. As a result, the total Initial Listing fee will increase from $12,500 to $13,500.

There are no other changes to the listing fee schedule.
