("CellStop" or the "Company") (NEX: KNO.H) announces that Mr. Gerald Tuskey has resigned as a director of the Company to focus on his other business interests. The Board expects to appoint a new director in the near future to fill the vacancy. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Tuskey for his years of service and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
The board of directors of CellStop is now comprised of Michelle Gahagan, Michael Curtis and Virginia Olnick.
