Ahlstrom's comparable restated financial figures

Ahlstrom publishes comparable restated financial figures for 2015 and January-
March 2016 following the decision not to divest the company's Building & Wind
business unit to Owens Corning.

The Building & Wind business unit, which had been reported in discontinued
operations since the beginning of 2016, will from now on be reported as part of
the Filtration & Performance segment.

Ahlstrom's financial reporting is aligned with this change starting from the
January-June 2016 interim report, to be published on August 3, 2016. The
restated comparable financial figures for 2015 and January-March 2016 are
presented in the attached file. Restatements for earlier periods have not been
made.
