Goldstrike Raises $2,500,000 from Warrant Exercises
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/28/16 -- Goldstrike Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: GSR)(OTC PINK: APRAF)(FRANKFURT: KCG1) is pleased to announce that it received $2,331,450.60 from the exercise of 15,543,004 warrants at the price of $0.15 each prior to the expiry time for those warrants on July 26, 2015. In addition, the Company has received $160,000 from the exercise of 1,600,000 warrants at the price of $0.10 each and $26,400 from the exercise of 440,000 warrants at the price of $0.06 each.
