ÅF wins an engineering contract in Estonia

ÅF has signed a contract with Eesti Energia Õlitööstus AS to provide Engineering
Services for a new 37 MWe steam turbine plant.
The assignment includes process, layout, electrical and I&C engineering for the
Balance of Plant area as well as preparation of the enquiry specifications of
the plants auxiliary equipment, detail engineering and installation contracts.
In addition the assignment includes erection and commissioning management of the
turbine plant.
The value of the contract for ÅF is 1.9 million euro.
The work will be carried out by ÅF's units in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Czech
Republic.
The assignment is part of the Client's project, which targets to enhance the
existing production of oil from oil shale by 2 million barrel/year. The
electricity production will be 280 GWh/year.
