GrowMax Resources Corp. Trading Symbol Update
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/09/16 -- GrowMax Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: GRO) is pleased to announce that effective at market opening on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, the common shares of GrowMax Resources Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") under the new trading symbol "GRO". The common shares of Americas Petrogas Inc. will be delisted and the old trading symbol relating to Americas Petrogas Inc. will no longer be in effect.
As previously stated, Americas Petrogas Inc. common shares owned by shareholders will automatically be exchanged into common shares of GrowMax Resources Corp. as a result of the name change and no further action is required to be taken by such shareholders.
