Condor Resources Inc.: Stock Options Granted
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/11/16 -- Condor Resources Inc. - ("Condor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CN) today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 1,180,000 stock options to officers, directors, and consultants, exercisable at $0.08 per share, and expiring August 11, 2021. The option grants are subject to regulatory approval.
Condor is an explorer and project generator focused exclusively on Peru, and our objective is the discovery of a major new precious metals or base metals deposit. Project acquisition and development is managed by our Lima based exploration team.
