IMO Group achieved a burst of growth of +30%
(PresseBox) - IMO Group clearly exceeded all expectations with a turnover of more than EUR 100 Million during the past Financial Year 2015/2016. This corresponded to a burst of growth of over 30% compared to the previous year while posting thoroughly positive annual results.
Along with the company?s financial recovery, the IMO Group succeeded in gaining an equity investor at the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 2016. CMP Capital Management-Partners, headquartered in Berlin, agreed to join IMO as a minority shareholder resulting in near full repayment of debt, a significantly strengthened balance sheet, and a solid and healthy basis for the future.
IMO Group has been successful in securing and steadily expanding its high technological standing. Thanks to superior quality standards, longevity and reliability of IMO products in many different and demanding applications, the company has been one of the world?s leading suppliers of slewing rings and slew drives for years.

CMP Capital Management-Partners GmbH (CMP) was founded in Berlin in 2000 and concluded 18 investments in medium-sized enterprises in German speaking countries since then.
