Cryo-Save Group N.V.: Director/PDMR Shareholding

Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), Europe's
leading adult stem cell storage bank, has been informed today that Mr Marc
Waeterschoot, Executive Director, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of Euro 0.10
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of ?5.10 on 18 November 2010. Following this
purchase, Marc Waeterschoot is beneficially interested in 1,853,850 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 19.84% of the Group's issued share capital.
The Group has also been informed today that Mr Arnoud van Tulder, Chief
Executive Officer, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of Euro 0.10 ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price range between ?4.95 and ?5.15 between 18 November 2010 and
22 November 2010. Following this purchase, Arnoud van Tulder is beneficially
interested in 15,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the
Group's issued share capital.
