Parkit Enterprises Inc. Announces Resignation of a Director

("Parkit" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: PKT)(OTCQX: PKTEF) announces that Mr. Robert (Bob) Emri has stepped down as a director of the Company effective immediately to focus on his personal business matters. Mr. Emri has been a non-executive director since November 2012 and a member of the Company's Investment and Governance Committees. Mr. Emri will remain a consultant to the Company's Board to advise the Company on acquisitions.
