Veidekke to build 114 new homes in Lund

Veidekke Entreprenad AB region Skåne has been awarded the contract by HSB
Produktion HB to build 114 flats in central Lund in southern Sweden. The value
of the contract is SEK 160 million excluding VAT.
The new contract is a part of the "Sockertoppen" project that is currently under
construction at the former sugar factory in Lund. The flats will have from one
to five rooms and a kitchen, and the entire building will have five to seven
storeys in addition to a cellar with technical installations and a garage
facility.
Construction work starts immediately, and the flats will be ready for use during
the course of the autumn of 2012.
