In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation, 54,199 A-
shares have been converted into 54,199 B-shares. The conversion has been entered
into the Trade Register on 29 November 2010. After the conversion there are
47,163,160 A-shares and 104,094,668 B-shares in the company. The total number of
shares is 151,257,828 and the total number of votes is 1,047,357,686.
