Southern Home Medical Inc. Announces Acquisition of CES Technology LTD, and Strategic Partnership With KC Global Inc.

(OTC PINK: SHOM) is continuing to strengthen its capabilities in the Healthcare Industry and has acquired the Taiwan-based company, CES Technology Ltd. (CES), formed in 2012, and located in Taoyuan City. CES Technology Ltd. provides a range of solutions within the Healthcare Industry. CES has developed successful marketing and distribution channels. The company's network in Asia includes Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea and Malaysia. SHOM plans to use these networks to expand sales into new markets. Along with the CES Technology transaction, SHOM has partnered with KC Global Inc., a research and development company based in Nevada. KC Global Inc. will assist SHOM with the development of healthcare related products that the companies plan to sell and distribute in the US and Asian markets.
