On August 26, 2016, at the Company's Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders, the amalgamation of the Company with Perisson Petroleum Corporation ("Perisson")(TSX VENTURE: POG) was approved. The Company will proceed with the amalgamation when Perisson has completed its USD $24 million equity private placement.
