(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/31/16 -- Aldershot Resources Ltd. ("Aldershot" or the "Company") (NEX: ALZ.H) announces, further to its press releases dated August 5, 2016 and August 23, 2016, that it has issued a total of 4,249,146 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a deemed price of $0.05 per Common Share for payment of outstanding debts of $212,457.32 owed to insiders of the Company and the outstanding debts have now been extinguished.
The Common Shares issued by the Company have a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
