Vacon Plc, Stock Exchange Announcement, 30 November 2010 at 1 pm:
Vacon Plc will publish its Financial Report for 2010 on Wednesday, February
2, 2011 at 9.30 am. The electronic version of the Annual Report 2010 will be
published during week 8, and the printed Annual Report will be posted on
request, starting on week 10.
Vacon Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at
3.00 pm in Vaasa, Finland. A stock exchange release on the resolutions made in
the meeting will be published after the Annual General Meeting.
The Interim Reports will be released in 2011 as follows:
* January-March: Wednesday, April 27 at 9.30 am
* January-June: Wednesday, August 3 at 9.30 am
* January-September: Tuesday, October 25 at 9.30 am
Vacon will organize a Capital Markets Day in Vantaa, Finland on Wednesday, May
25, 2011.
