ÅF has acquired Ingenjörsprojekt with over 60 employees in Karlshamn, Växjö and
Lund. Ingenjörsprojekt provides engineering and consulting services in product
and production development as well as industrial project management.
"Ingenjörsprojekt has a good reputation in the market and their dedicated
employees and long-term client relationships fit well with ÅF's corporate
culture. The acquisition of Ingenjörsprojekt will also strengthen ÅF's local
presence in each city," says Per Magnusson, president of ÅF's Industry Division.
Ingenjörsprojekt was established in 1985 and has had stable and profitable
growth since then. In addition to a wide range of services in project
management, product development and production development, Ingenjörsprojekt
provides its clients with an advanced range of visualisation and animation
services. Ingenjörsprojekt's clients are found in areas such as the automotive,
processing, telecommunications and consumer products industries.
